Recipe for Insomnia
If having a hard time sleeping due to sleep disorder or insomnia you might try this recipe. Add 10 drops of roman chamomile, 5 drops clary sage, and 5 drops of bergamot. Blend well in clean, dark-colored glass bottle. Add 1-2 drops to a tissue diffuser and place inside your pillow. Roman chamomile and bergamot helps aid in sleeping.
