Nuts: Pecans, Walnuts, Almonds (raw or dry roasted, unsalted)
Fish: Salmon, Tuna

Drinks
All energy drinks should be consumed immediately after making them.
Here are my favorite recipes for some delicious booster drinks:
1. Banana and fig (dates or raisins) smoothie
1 ripe banana; 3 or 4 sun dried figs (dates or raisins); 1 tablespoon honey; 1 cup milk or water, a pinch of cinnamon powder.
Mix in the blender till smooth. For an extra boost you can add a heaped teaspoon of bee pollen powder.
Bananas provide potassium; figs, dates, raisins and honey provide a boost energy; bee pollen is a natural immune system booster.
2. Honey and bee pollen drink
1 tablespoon honey; 1 heaped teaspoon bee pollen powder; 1 cup warm water. Add ginseng extract for an extra energy boost.
3. Carrot, apple, egg yolk and honey smoothie
1/2 cup carrot juice), half an apple, 1 cup milk, 1 egg yolk; 1 tablespoon honey; ginseng extract (3-9 grams, liquid or granulated form).
(Optional: You can add 1/2 a teaspoon of spirulina powder for an extra boost).
Helps relieve fatigue, egg yolk stimulates the adrenal glands; spirulina is a vegetable protein.
Pretty invigorating. Enjoy!
